About Me
My current role within Inmarsat requires a high level of independence as I’m the only dedicated Atlassian representative within the business. It is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where thinking on your feet is a necessity. I have excellent communication skills as I’d have to regularly support & develop teams in their agile journey during my time as a scrum master & Agile lead.
I am a kind-hearted individual who is always looking for improvements to both our impact on the planet and our employees experience within the workplace. Whilst at Clearvision, I volunteered for their employee board known as Cheervision where the team and I aimed to boost employee welfare and morale whilst at work. By the age of 21, I had already completed my first marathon as I am a hard working individual who dedicates 100% of my efforts to the task. In 2023 I became an Atlassian community leader for the Solent UK region. Looking to give find like minded individuals who want to share stories in my more local community for everything Atlassian. Client deadlines can often be hard targets for anyone, requiring reliable and trustworthy individuals to make success stories. With over 8 years of experience dedicated to helping develop Atlassian teams, I pride myself in the quality of my work and delivering on time. As of June 2024, I have now also become part of the content creators team at Atlassian giving me an opportunity to continue writing.
